Hi,
How to completely delete (uninstall) the OMV from a Debian Linux? I do not want to reinstall Debian, only OMV.

This can be dangerous because it may remove more than you think.
apt-get purge openmediavault
apt-get autoremove -
I did it. The basic settings are not erased (passwords, users, etc. and the mounts).
I had a little problem with mounts after reinstalled the OMV.
The WebGUI shows all data disks are mounted, but there was not sharable directory in the Shared Folders menu.
And when I wanted to unmount a disk got an error message.
Maybe the method is not too regular but I deleted entries of the OMV in the fstab file.
After this I was able to unmount all data disks and mount them again.
So, all entries in the fstab file improved.
Now, OMV is working fine again. Thanks. -

Why can't people tell what the problem is in the first post? This couldve be solved by a single command...

Hi David,
If you made your comment because of me, I do not understand what's your problem.
Probably I do not understand enough English. -
Your problem could've been solved with one simple command, and it isn't the one aaron gave you. But he gave you the one you asked for, which leads you to more effort... instead you should've asked for help on your problem instead.

I don't mind that I did not get a simple command because the success was sweeter this way...
As you said there is a simple command to resolve this problem.
Would you let us to know it, please. -
omv-mkconf fstab, reboot.
Greetings
David
