/root/.ssh/id_rsa changed after apt-get upgrade

Hi guys.
does anybody know why my id_rsa file keep changes during an upgrade? Is this on purpose? My guess is omvextrasorg. Can anyone confirm this?

You are the first one to have problems with those keys being written after months. So, I just assumed that most people don't use private keys on their root account. I may have to have the key added to the file instead of writing over the file.
