Plexmediaserver stops directly after start

Hello,
I have a problem with the OMV_extras plexmediaserver extention.
I cant connect to the plex web client.
when I try to stop the service, I get an error that it isn't runnint at the moment.
when I start it, it starts normally, but if I try to stop it again it's not running any more

I've already reinstalled it twice and I've deleted the libary folder to reset everything.
