At Diagnostic section -> services, check the daemon is actually running please.
If is running and you still can't access, open browser in private mode and see if it works. If it does then you need to clear your browser cache

i did add a folder in omv but seems not to be the right way if I just need to backup some folder on my phone.
Deleted the share folder and added some on my phone then pasted the link on the gui , is it the right way ?
If I'm at home, could the file only use my WAN ?

By default btsync does not have RW permission on folders. You can use the bsync interface to add folders. Just make sure you have workaround shares so btsync can write. Read more about here

Yes. That's the way I know. I also believe that the QR codes can be scanned also to add folders with a smartphone

I have no idea exactly how it works, but i assume is similar to trackerless bittorrent. You can find more info in google proably
