New install and I've added plex, but the web interface is coming up white? (connection refused). Tried a couple of the suggestions uninstall, reboot etc. but no difference
Plex webpage white screen

The web interface inside OMV? or the port one, the last one is at http://NASIP:32400/web/index.html,
Check in diagnostic, services section that plex is actually running
-
The Services plugin page is fine, just the web client... oddly in the services screen, PlexMediaServer is Enabled but in the running column it's a red dot. If I try and start it again from SSH nothing seems to run, and nothing in the logs (trying a reboot now)
-
Install the links plugin and create a media link. Then click on the apt-clean button in OMV Extras.
If you see a red dot in the services then it is not running. You need to get it running. The above disables CSP (Content Security Policy). None of the iframes will work til it is disabled.
/etc/init.d/plexmediaserver status
try to start if it not running:
/etc/init.d/plexmediaserver start -
Done that - had a bunch of updates to apply, still can't seem to start Plex now
-
Give me path that shows in your Settings page.

Give results:
cd /media/d96eda27-2996-4cd0-8472-fd39d2b31f3d
stat plexmediaserver -

chown -R plex:nogroup plexmediaserverThen try to start:

No go

Is the library in the plexmediaserver folder???
-
There is a folder called library in that folder, if that's what you mean.
-
Give me:
id plex
Did you mess with the chmod of of the plexmediaserver folder????? Like did you do this?
chmod -R 777 plexmediaserver -
uid=111(plex) gid=65534(nogroup) groups=65534(nogroup)
-
Give me this again:
cd /media/d96eda27-2996-4cd0-8472-fd39d2b31f3d
stat plexmediaserverWhen you 1st enable the plugin the chown of the plexmediaserver folder should be plex:nogroup. The chmod of the plexmediaserver folder should be 755 and yours was 777. That tells me something happened. The plexmediaserver folder has different chmod values as you go down in the folders/files contained in the plexmediaserver folder. A straight chmod recursively will break it.

Do this:
cd /media/d96eda27-2996-4cd0-8472-fd39d2b31f3d
chmod 755 plexmediaserverThen from there:
cd ./plexmediaserver
stat librarySo I can know the chmod of the library folder.

There is something happening that the chown is not correct and the chmod of just the plexmediaserver folder is wrong.
What does it say when you try to start now?
/etc/init.d/plexmediaserver start
