I've the same problem. I've installed OMV (kralizec) on Raspbian (wheezy), two times and always same problems:
First, i must modify openmediavault-webgui in /etc/nginx/sites-available to add listen 80; and comment listen [::]:80 default... after root chown. And i've an access to login OMV in webgui, but,
Second, i can't change langage to french (in login or general settings), or modify logout session, and check updates failed

I've changed my sources.list as Solo0815 method, update by putty, but always same problem.
Also, i've can install lvm but it's not appear in the left column in stockage
On my first install, i've can install my HDD and create directories, users and permissions.
