can't find genneral settings anymore

Hello,

I moved to a new place and took my nas with me.
It's been a while that i made changes to my nas and now that I connected to my new network, i can't find the general settings.
Everthing works, samba shares, transmission....
But if I go to the nas (192.168.1.10 ) and login, I get this:

Does someone now how i get settings menu back?
Did I forget a port after the IP adres? I don't know (it's been too long :p)

Are there cases where the password doesn't work anymore?
I tried all my passwords and none of them work (if I changed the standard password for admin, which I doubt). And for root I definitely didn't change the password.
