Give Us the output of
dpkg -l | grep openm
We need to know which plugin you have installed. In general every component does not need huge resources. The WebUI has absolute nothing to do with this. The problem is something with nginx or php-fpm. Please have a look into the syslog and look for OOP's or other anomalies.
There are no plugins installed.

How much cores does the CPU have? The load is very high, so i think this is the reason.
Yes, the CPU have 1 core. But why is it a problem? Which component requires rapidly performing and can't wait?
Can I detect the problem without guessing? Something pushes JS exception, I guess. What is it?
Is there a way to check the condition that is not satisfied and results in the "communication failure" exception?
Strange things with rows and and the progress bar in the "Used" column in "File Systems" tab.
In gray theme: Progress bar stretches row. Text content in all cells is not centered.
in triton and gray theme: When the progress bar is shown, clicking on a cell results in a border with wrong bottom position.
and (just a suggestion ) try it with Kernel 4.9
There is no difference in behavior between 4.9 and 4.10.
And now? Works Better with the Swap partition ?
No, it doesn't work better. See picture in post #7, processes and system together share less than 245 MB available RAM.
The CPU is not the problem but 256 MB RAM is too little.
Ok, I'll create swap file or swap partition on HDD.
UPD: I think it's not a reason.

"I think it occurs because of CPU overloading, but I don't sure."
Ahm ... yes .. i´m Shure
Why you need 5 Tabs in the Browser with the same IP (in this case Openmediavault Web )
and (just a suggestion ) try it with Kernel 4.9
I opened it just to show simple steps to reproduce. It also occurs with one tab and one service task, for example rsync (second video in 1 post).
Ok, I'll try 4.9. Why do you recommend it instead of 4.10?
sorry, wrong link - https://habrahabr.ru/post/327076/
Hello.
I've installed OMV 3 on my D-Link DNS-325 - https://habrahabr.ru/post/329596/ (rus)
But now I have trouble with web-panel. I think it occurs because of CPU overloading, but I don't sure. Sometimes web-panel pulls "communication failure" alerts.
Simple way to reproduce is open 2 or 3 web-panel tabs simultaneously:
Or run rsync and try to open HDD tab:
Any ideas?
