    Temporary solution:

    /etc/postfix/transport

    Code
    openmediavault-notification@localhost.localdomain omvnotificationfilter:
    admin@<yourhost>.localdomain discard:

    Run

    Bash
    postmap /etc/postfix/transport

    If you do

    it's obvious, what's wrong.

    Fix it with

    Code
    # apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates

I'm using OVM-Sensors and additionally installed lsscsi and hddtemp.

Add the following lines to /var/www/openmediavault/js/omv/module/admin/diagnostic/system/plugin/Sensors.js

    Java
    .
    .
    /*
    * hddtemp
    */
    me.add(Ext.create("OMV.workspace.panel.RrdGraph", {
    title: "HDD Temp",
    rrdGraphName: "hddtemp"
    }));

to get a 3rd tab in OMV sensors.

    Add the script /usr/share/openmediavault/mkconf/collectd.d/hddtemp

    and run it.

    Restart collectd.

    Done (see attachment) !

    1) Seems to be an user issue.

    Mail-header sent by cron (root):

    Code
    From: root <user@mymailserver.com>
    X-Google-Original-From: my@omvserver.com (root)

    Mail-header sent by webui (www-data):

    Code
    From: user@mymailserver.com
    X-Google-Original-From: my@omvserver.com

    2) Not reproducible

Eventually there must happened a data mismatch between one of the X-OPENMEDIAVAULT cookies and the webui. I have currently 8 cookies from the webui in my browser cache.

Hi soweit ich dich verstanden habe willst du die Email Benachrichtigung ein stellen?

Nein !

    ...

    versuche erst
    dpkg --configure -a
    und zeige uns die ausgabe
    dpkg -l | grep openm

    Es ist alles vollständig konfiguriert:

    Code
    # dpkg -l | grep openm
ii openmediavault 3.0.80 all Open network attached storage solution
ii openmediavault-keyring 1.0 all GnuPG archive keys of the OpenMediaVault archive

Das Upgrade hat auch keine größeren Probleme gemacht, da ich keine Plugins verwende.

But the notification email does not regard the sender-Attribute from /etc/openmediavault/config.xml:

    The Sender is always "user@mymailserver.de".

The notifications issues exists after upgrade:

    • Notifications

E-Mail Sender not set (header "From: <sender>" missing) by OMV-Notifications

    • Each time you login via webinterface, you get an (unwanted) email notification
      (this can not be configured)

    Greetings

    Michael

My upgrade also resulted in error:

    Code
    .
    .
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    postfix
    bsd-mailx
    openmediavault
Creating index of upgradeable packages ...
Creating index of openmediavault plugins ...
    E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

    Boot in rescue mode:

    Code
    grub rescue >
    set prefix=(hd0,1)/boot/grub
    set root=(hd0,1)
    insmod linux
    insmod normal
    normal

    Reboot and finish upgrade:

    Code
    aptitude upgrade
    aptitude safe-upgrade

Reinstall grub (in my case /dev/hdc is the root-Device):

    Code
    grub-mkdevicemap
    grub-install /dev/hdc
    update-grub

    Finish omv-release-upgrade:

    Code
    omv-update

The following problems still exists after upgrade:

    • Notifications

E-Mail Sender not set (header "From: <sender>" missing) by OMV-Notifications

    • Each time you login via webinterface, you get an (unwanted) email notification
      (this can not be configured)

    Greetings
