Your issue is a little different since that is the omv-extras repo. I removed a package version from the repo and it looks like bintray hasn't signed the release file. Just have to wait since there is no other choice for omv-extras.

I've the same problem, with an other server. it seems like an gpg signing problem. like the certificate is not vialid.
E: The repository 'https://dl.bintray.com/openmediavault-plugin-developers/arrakis stretch Release' is no longer signed.

i have to remove one drive because i had an hardware failure.
No Raid is or was configured, just only one harddisk.
One new harddrive is installed and runs fine.
Now i can't remove the old one and now missing harddrive in the webinterface.
There is no aktive delete /remove button.
Can any one help me please?

I've successfully run a USB Hauppauge TV Tuner.
I've brought the same as JohnDoe86x. But my system is an Debian 9 with OMV 4.0.5 and the newest Plexmedia Installation.
The Question is, what have I done?
At first I have editing my apt source list.
deb http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/debian/debian/ stretch main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/debian/debian/ stretch main contrib non-free
my installation runs with the linux kernel 4.9.0-3-amd64.
after that I have installed firmware-linux-nonfree via apt-get install.
then I have download the right firmware from linuxtv
https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/i…hp/Hauppauge_WinTV-dualHD
I copied on the server in the directory /lib/firmware .
then reboot and I it runs fine.
