I'm having the same issue. Somehow my backup-drive gets "lost" / unmounted and then the backup process (rsnapshot) fills the root drive. How did you resolve this (deleted which files or did what) and prevent it from happening again?
Ufff, that sounds like a lot of cumbersome work... ...and I don't have enough spare HD space to backup my entire raid...
so in essence...backup data, delete raid, freshly install OMV4, create raid, restore data...I have to send my wife on a cruise to have enough time to get this done
Here's the result:
Personalities : [raid6] [raid5] [raid4] [linear] [multipath] [raid0] [raid1] [raid10]
md0 : active raid5 sdf sdc sdd sdg sde
15627548672 blocks super 1.2 level 5, 512k chunk, algorithm 2 [5/5] [UUUUU]
unused devices: <none>
After upgrading from OMV3 to OMV 4 my raid array was missing. I feared the worst and thought that my data was lost. But after having looked at (probably) every entry in this forum about raid I was at least able to somehow get the array mounted back and have access to my files again, but the configuration in OMV is screwed up
When I go to tab file systems (attached)...When I want to edit a shared folder for instance (attached)
The files I messed with I guess are the obvious ones (attached).
I have tried everything I can on my own...can anybody help me please?
