Yes Sir I tried several times but it doesn't fix my problem. I can only say that the nginx plugin doesn't work what else should be the reason?

I do have installed openmediavault-nginx2.4, but I have seen there is also openmediavault.websites 1.2. Should I install both?

Here are the ngnix config values:

I like to delete the entry and I get an error. What can I do with that nginx plugin. Why is it failing like it does?

I still face trouble with the nginx plugin, I get always the error message. Really strange. What could be wrong here?
-
But what port do I then need to set?
-
Finally after reboot the server starts automatically. Is it really true that the directory is none in nginx?
-
No I'm not yet done but I come forward, but after reboot the server is still not starting. Therefore I'm not yet done with part4. But I do have a good personal coach :-). Will you offer a new start script?

@baldman; I agree seafile looks really good and it seems it's running smooth so I see the biggest potential there. But again it's like religion som trust some don't.

Hi Guys, I'm partly back on track again but there is something rotten, when I reboot the system the Seafile server doesn't start up automatically. I have to do the steps manually then the server works.

My understanding is that I do have 1 user for the mysql dbase and another one for the seafile?
-
Still not yet successful, I'm not sure where I can fix that error or what I should do. Any input would be great.
Enter the password for mysql user "seafile":
[ password for seafile ]verifying password of user seafile ...
Failed to connect to mysql server using user "seafile" and password "***": Access denied for user 'seafile'@'localhost' (using password: YES) -

the one created be the new tutorial (this should be /opt/seafile)
I like to delete the installed one as I can't else do a clean installation.
-
If I run
root@NAS:~# rm -r seafile
rm: Entfernen von „seafile“ nicht möglich: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
root@NAS:~#I even can't delete anymore the existing seafile installation.

I learned from the community that the ACL isn't a good idea to use.

How do I do that I guess I have to use chmod?

I tried to get the installation on place but I face below error then:
