    I feel you deeply 8)

So yours was working before till recently?Did you notice anything changed or updated right before you have the issue?
Like docker was updated or something like that.

I removed and reinstaled docker and all containers last week or so... so I have no clue when exactly it stopped working... also, because I always had a second dns ip "in case" pihole would stop working...
And since it was one of the easiest and straight forward containers to install... I really never cared or thought much about it...

(...)Although I also noticed that you would need to re-ping your desktop after sometime to keep the GUI working :) Nice security feature huh? lol

    Having same kind of issue.
Even if I just jump my laptop between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks, Pihole GUI will imediatly stop working. Then, if I ping from inside it, first 2 pings are always higher (~2sec and 1sec) and then it stabilizes and I have GUI again... strange... it wasn't like this some time ago...

Since it seems to me to be some kind of issue inside the docker folder... and I don't understand how to solve it...

Did a backup from all containers setup commands.
    Removed docker
    Removed docker folder
    Made new docker folder
    Instaled docker
    downloaded all images again
    remade macvlan (pihole)
remade all containers through command line to be faster than using Portainer interface
all configs seem to be ok since I kept AppData folder
    made new ncfolder
    started new NextCloudPi
    Woking again now... Finally!
SMB through NC working, letsencrypt, etc...
Now, time to remake users, groups, etc, for all family members

Thank you TechnoDadLife for the help.
Looking forward for your next youtube videos :)

Didn't saw that specific topic. searched quite a bit for similar issues with what I had but not with much success. Specially on this specific image.

I deleted the "ncdata" folder from my AppData folder and deleted the nextcloudpi image from docker then pulled everything again. And on the log it says that it is making a clean install.
I simply followed your Youtube guide. First time it worked fast and smooth. It only failed now after I moved docker from one disk to another... all containers are fine with this exception, even after deleting everything and remaking.
I though that with this image, everything was already made together inside one container? Or is there something else I should delete outside docker/container?

I'm trying to start a Nextcloudpi docker and it always fails with the message:

Starting redis-server: start-stop-daemon: matching on world-writable pidfile /var/run/redis/ is insecurefailedtried chown the file inside the docker with 700, 750 with no success, always same message... (probably I'm being a big noob here... sorry)How can I solve this?Thank you in advance

    Hello all,

    I had a setup with a Raspberry Pi4b 4Gb + 2 external disk (sda: WD Elements Desktopp 2TB + sdb:WD elements 1TB).
Last week, the first disk started to fail. I though that it would be the case, bought a docking station to work with it and any additional disks but it really is the disk failling.
Now I have the setup the way you see below.
No sda device anymore, only sdb, c and d.

Due to this, I cannot manually remake the missing folders. I keep receiving errors even while trying to make new shared folders on the new disks...

    How can I solve this?

I cannot erase neither of the shared folders highlighted below:

I suppose there is some kind of easy way out of this but I could not find it while searching. Found similar issues but usually it get solved with a new disk insertion or something like that and I could not get around it. (And basically don't have the needed knowledge)

Thank you in advance for any help and advice!
