Yes. Philips TV is DVLA compatible.
Also I set up my Windows PC as a DVLA server and was able to see photos on the TV.
At the moment I've loaded a UPnP client onto Firestick and I can see photos stored in the NAS.
However that is access through wi-fi to Firestick and the TV is ethernet connected. I do't know if wi-fi would be slower than ethernet.
The DNLA server works on the Raspberry pi 4/OMV since I can view photos using Windows Media Player on Windows 10 desktop.
So the server is OK.
Why doesn't it access the DNLA client on the smart TV?
My Philips TV is attached to my network by ethernet cable from the router. Attached to the TV is a Amazon Firestick which attaches via wi-fi.
When I open the DLNA client on the TV I cannot see the OMV DLNA server. It appears to be only the seeing the Firestick.
I have detached the Firestick from the TV but the connected clients still include the Firestick and not the TV.
I need help.

Running Advanced ip scanner I see raspberrypi with two entries
192.168.1.107 (where it was when script started and now showing dead) and 192.168.1.108 showing alive.
Has DHCP changed the ip address during the script run?
Reran script. Left Putty open. After 10 minutes got dialog box
