Hi
I know this might not be possible, but I need advice on what can be backed up from the OS disk drive.

Hi
I am trying to connect to jellyfin docker port, but it currently want conncect.
I checked out if it could be because of noexec but its not that. Then it has to come down to permissions, but I cant see it being that either.
This is my compose file:

Try deleting all lines in the editor and then update it (maybe you need to keep a blank line or space).
Then try deleting the stack.
I solved, I deleted all the lines and updated the stack. Then after that I was able to remove it. Thanks.
Can happen if you manually delete elements that have been created by the stack before deleting the stack. You can try to redeploy the stack and then delete it again.
Oh I didn't know that. Currently I cant redeploy it, I can only do that with a new one.
Hi
When I try and delete a stack in portainer I get failure error: no such network: emby default. I have had this problem before and fixed it by deleting something in the docker folder. But I am currently wondering if there is a more simple solution in order to fix this.
Please delete the post in General posting twice about the same thing doesn't get an answer any quicker.
As I replied to you on reddit this simply will not work, either you create a separate docker container for your VPN connection then run the containers through that or as you have found an 'all in one package'. As to that particular one you have pointed too, not sure if that will work as it states it's version 3.3
I deleted the post. I think it might work with setting it to version 2. Do you know of any other good guides online that explains in detail how to set up a vpn docker container.
Hi
I am trying to solve 2 current problems now if I can run a client on my server or if I need a docker vpn. I currently use airvpn as my vpn provider. First I am trying to use my airvpn client with docker, but I run into 2 issues with portainer & yacht.
In portainer I get failure to retrieve template from network.
In yacht internal server error undefined.
If there is no way to use my airvpn client with docker. Then how do I set up this container with my airvpn provider. https://hub.docker.com/r/haugene/transmission-openvpn/
I have seen the technodadlife's vids on how to run dockers through a vpn docker but he only goes so far with it.
Are there any limits to how many stacks you can run through a vpn. Anyone tried this docker it bundles configuration files for many vpn providers.
https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn
I'm using airvpn so I figure I might give it a shot.
I have also faced this issue in the past. Felt helpless in this matter
How did you solve your issue? I'm seeing either to use a container vpn stack or running a vpn through a router.
Can you open an issue on github and post your logs? I can take a look at it for you.
I can do that, but where is logs for yacht located in /var/log.
I have also been having this issue. Clean install has not fixed it.
I have tried setting up a DNS on my connection, but that not help. What other methods have you tried? Its quite annoying having to disconnect a vpn every time in order to access templates. Currently I am not seeing any solution.
Currently I am running into a problem that I cant pull any templates from Portainer or Yacht. Is this because I am running a vpn on my server.
In portainer I get failure to retrieve template from network.
In yacht internal server error undefined.
When I try to add a template in yacht I get: yacht internal server error undefined. Could I be having this problem because I am running a vpn on my server.
There some good hints in that link that work, but there is nothing permanently that works. The fuse.mergerfs filesystem just ends up being broken.
Thanks peca89
The noauto worked only that when I now unlock the encrypted drives there broken. The fuse.mergerfs filesystem will not mount. It would really be become simpler if this was fixed in the future by the devs, because it really is a hassle when one cant properly restart the system.
Thanks I will have a look at it.
Hi
I am currently using 4x8tb drives where they are all encrypted. Every time I add the drives to UFS and I reboot my server later my system enters emergency mode. I have fixed this by commenting out the drive lines in fstab, then after that my system boots. But then the UFS drives break.
Its quite annoying that my server enters emergency mode because I have it at my parents house and I live a distance away. Its happened 2 times already.
This is the solution I found to be able to boot again. But there must be a way not to break the UFS drives. https://askubuntu.com/question…cy-mode-and-nothing-works
Read the SnapRAID documentation for how to recover failed drives or lost files.
I have read the documentation but its not the most helpful. Why is it that there are no step by step guide to snapraid with images or videos.
Hi
For a while I used regular raid on OMV but then decided to switch to snapraid. One of advantages I heard was that the parity drives can spin down in snapraid.
But in regular raid they need to be spinning all the time. I currently have 4x8tb drives that I have encrypted and have set up with snapraid. I am using union filesystem as well, I have set up 2 drives as my main storage 14.55tb. Also with the 2 last drives as parity 14.55tb.
I am not very experienced with snapraid but I am wondering if I have done this setup correctly, and also how does snapraid store its parity. In the event of a hardware failure on my main storage, how do I recover my files that's in parity?
