not yet ... i'm waiting for a disk to make full clone of my os disk
as i'm not confident with linux :') - yes a full newbie - i prefere to have a full backup before trying anything as i remeber it was hard for me to make the hardware acceleration working. and also i have a few container working so well and i dont want to break everything lol
With the updgrade, you might have issues with it but they are always easy to fix.
I know there are some guides on how to pass NVIDIA to containers on OMV6 & OMV7 so, take that in consideration when/if you upgrade.

If you have a working clone of the OS drive, you can go for it.
You can try first to clean the repos with:
omv-aptclean repos
and after
omv-release-upgrade

ookla is for speed test but i can uninstall it
teamviexer ...i have no idea i think it was installed on omv interface as a plugin but i unistall this plug in
for nvidia, yes i use a container for plex an i give acces to the nvidia card for realtime hardware encoding - this is the only important thing
if you have some advice for this nvidia / plex container i would be happy

I remember my omv setup usually beeps on startup and shutdown but from now on it do not beep anymore
i'm sure the speaker is still working (as the mb beeps during bios)

my rooter gives an DHCP adress,
then i try to connect to my sharings (SMB/CIFS) on one of my computer (Windows Based) and then impossible to access
i guess that having 2 adresses (on the same range) on the OMV server made this problem, then after unpluging the second ethernet port everything works perfectly

I install a intel 10G Nic card on my OMV setup, (based on Intel ELX550AT 10 Gigabit Ethernet Controller chip)
after looking over internet i discover that the 10G Intel NIC ar not compatible with WOL technology
on the moterboard I have 2 nics (unused) that are compatible
I try to connect one of theses free ethernet port but after that all my sharings no dot work anymore
is ther a way to configure on of this nic only for WOL ?

Yes, I read that. You are nowhere near able to run omv-firstaid yet. It is meant to adjust working systems. This really is a pain in the ass to fix. I assume you have no backup? What is the output of:

Did you clear your browser cache? Your browser cache most likely still has all of the plugins in it which were uninstalled by installing ntp. Re-installing the openmediavault package doesn't re-install the plugins.

OMV uses chrony by the way. And when you installed ntp, it told you it was going to uninstall OMV.

I don't know personally, but I found a review on Amazon for the Intel x550-T1 that said it was Plug and Play on Linux. Look here and search the reviews for Linux.
