Ok, first of all I didn't mean to come off rude here. I do know that Aaron et al are working in their spare time for this project, so sorry for my initial "rant" start.

I did notice the dropdown menu but there was no entry available when I clicked on it, zero entries although the drives are formatted and mounted. I've compared the setup on OMV5 since the GUI has changed a little bit on OMV6.

So I copied the mount points and pasted the info and it worked, don't know why the dropdown was empty. I would expect to see my drives in there to create the pool.

    ok, that worked, thx.

The mergerfs interface is a little bit cumbersome in that regard as you have to paste the path of the mount points instead of a drop down menu with the drives, like in OMV5. This is not really intuitive and would need some polishing

Maybe this will improve over the time but since current status of this plugin is done my hopes are not too high.

I've installed mergerfs but in the mergerfs section I cannot create a new pool. The create dialog has changed quite a bit, there's no way to choose a hard disk like in OMV5 instead there's a 'shared folder' setting. In the shared folder input field I cannot choose a hard drive or anything else. I want to create the pool first before continuing with a shared folder.

How do I create a new pool with my mounted hard disks?

    pretty much nothing...

Why not just apt-get install docker-ce (so that its the latest version) and then then the docker-gui should install fine.
OR otherwise apt-get install openmediavault-docker-gui try that.

    Code
    root@LianLi:~# apt install docker-ce
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
docker-ce is already the newest version (5:19.03.0~3-0~debian-stretch).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Tried it but again failed - docker-ce is already the latest, I just cannot install docker-gui. I've already rebooted the machine, no change getting the same error.

I'm kinda stuck here too.... Docker in GUI gone, trying to install openmediavault-docker-gui again gives me the error:
    >>> *************** Error ***************Failed to execute command 'export PATH=/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin; export LANG=C.UTF-8; export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive; apt-get --yes --allow-downgrades --allow-change-held-packages --fix-missing --allow-unauthenticated --reinstall install openmediavault-docker-gui 2>&1' with exit code '100': Reading package lists...
