Hello votdev
Unfortunately, the automatic emptying of the recycle bin does not work. Can I help with some test?
-
Right now files will be deleted on pressing the button if they are >= 1min in the recycle bin. This will be fixed in openmediavault 6.0.10, see https://github.com/openmediava…69e045fcd0f5442cd44dd00e4.
But the scheduled deletion of files also does not work. For example, I have the option to store files in the trash for 2 days. But there is no automatic deletion.

Is there anything I can do to help identify this bug?

Hello.
I had the same on initial setup. After disconnecting the disk for backup, I unmount it in the Storage | File System (yes, I also had the "Missing" status. After that, the disk was not displayed there.

I just wanted the system to behave predictably. For me, this is not a problem, I do not use it with a button.
I am very glad that you raised you mood

ryecoaaron, I noticed that when I click on the Open Web button, the sidebar closes. Is it possible to fix this or is it a problem on the side of the OMV?

But when clicked, I still get the error.

Also, the path to the log file in the web interface for viewing logs is still not correct:

Hello ryecoaaron,
I decided not to create a new topic, but write in this one. I noticed that in the settings there is a button "apt clean". Perhaps it should not be here, especially when you press the button, an error appears.

Hello,
I got the same error while updating the openmediavault_6.0-34_all.deb package today. I tried reinstalling it but got the same result. It's good that I found this thread and found out that this is not a problem.
