That is a homage to the old amiga error screen.
As the server is unable to respond while it reboots (duh) this is shown.
That's normal.

small followup:
the latest update brought kernl 6.12.12+bpo-amd64
I had this kernel running from 9:50 to 13:00. You can see in that time the cpu is constantly jumping around.
Compared to the other times where it idles at around 700mhz and only has small spikes when the server does something.
So kernel 6.1.0-31-amd65 seems fine. Any kernel after that does strange things on my server.

With the latest update I also got kernel 6.12.9+bpo-amd64.
Exactly every 15 minutes now, the cpu peaks for a short ammount of time, resulting in more power consumption.
Switching back to kernel 6.1.0-31-amd64 (which I did at the red line in the diagramm) fixed the problem.

Yes, i had the same problem after upgradering Docker with OMV update.
just ran this command, then it works again!
sudo apt install docker-ce=5:25.0.5-1~debian.12~bookworm
I got the same problem and this also fixed it.
Guess we'll just have to wait until the new version is compatible.
