I'm posting this because it's related to plugins I would like to see.
My question is : Does XBMC (now Kodi) will be implemented? that would be great, I can't really see how to install on the last kralizec version...
you can do that way :
-
try to uninstall kodi, clean meake and compile again with newest drivers
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/xserver-xorg-video-intel
-
i think it's from old kernel...you need to update to backport kernel to newer version ... if its posible ...
i don't have posibility to test now
or try experimental xserver-xorg-video-intel to install
https://packages.debian.org/ex…/xserver-xorg-video-intel
https://packages.debian.org/ex…xorg-video-intel/downloadYou can add the experimental repo and install with:
apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel/experimental -
-
now i see you problem with sound ...
you try'it al posiblities in sound output configuration ?and at first I had no sound but changed in
System\Settings\Audio output\Audio output device\HDA Intel PCH, GSM LG TV on HDMI -
thanks tom for infos about amd/ati drivers ...
now guide is complete
happy ending -
I tried other methods (simpliest) but are old version of xbmc (11 and 12) ... sow if you want latest version of kodi do my method explained above.
-
if you try'it openelec or xbmcunbutu and work then it will work ....
-
to whom it may concern, and want to have 2 in 1 machine (nas and htpc)
I managed to compile and install kodi 15 in OMV instaled in virtualbox and i setup kodi to start at boot
Moved the Guide to the Guides section:
