So i tryed something in cli and now i have loose everything that suck ...

Hi, i just add a new HD to my raid5
Now i have 4 X 3TB in raid 5, yesterday i grow my raid, this has took about 20 hours. Now this morning i try to grow my file systeme but i have an error:

I just buy a LSI Internal SATA SAS SAS3081E-R on ebay but after some research its not supporting drive >2TB

Hi, I built my first NAS OMV, I have some questions because I ordered the wrong parts. I just received my card LSI MegaRAID SAS 84016E 16 Port, I just realize that not supporting JBOD, I then researched for a card supportng JBOD I then ordered on ebay a LSI SAS3081E-R card supporting JBOD but now after research, it does not support drives larger than 2tb. I'm tired of losing money and time lol.

I want a card that support 8 or 16 HD more thant 2TB and supporting JBOD

Others parts i will use for this project:
- Rosewill RSV-L4500 4U Rackmount Server Chassis with 15 Internal Bays and 8 Fans
- Dell Precision Workstation T3500 LGA 1366 MOTHERBOARD K095G 0K095G W/ W3505 CPU
- 12 Gb Patriot Memory DDR3 1600MHZ
- 4X 3TB Raid 5 (Software Raid) Seagate ST3000DM001
- 4X 2TB Raid 5 (Software Raid) WD Green WD20EZRX
- 4X 1TB Raid 5 (Software Raid) WD Black WD1003FZEX

Now i want to buy a good but not too expensive card to connext all my drives

Now i need a raid card to handle :

4X 3TB Seagate (Raid 5 Soft)
4X 2TB WD Green (Raid 5 Soft)
4X 1TB WD Black (Raid 5 Soft)

I need a 8 port card to connect my 4X3TB and 4X2TB, the 1TB are goin to be connected directly to my MB

I want a card under 100$ on ebay or amazon 3ware or lsi or something better that can old 3TB
