    Hi,

I've just used Portainer to create a new Stack with a composer-file to create a tandoor-stack. I've running this config successfull onto a raspi 4, but I want to bring it onto my main-server.

Unfortunely it shows running into portainer, also is shown it's configured port (actually 81:8081 - I tried out several ports ...), but I can't reach it's webinterface

I've tried out another container created on console with this compose-file, but same, I can't reach it with browser ...

Another docker-container running paperless-ngx is running successfull.

Anybody an idea, what I've to do?

    The compose-file

    Hi,

I've just set up my server new with change from ubuntu server 18.04 to omv5 because of more easily managing it. It's running onto a HP Proliant Micro Gen8 with 12GB Ram, System-HDD is a SSD 500GB, Data onto 3x WD Red 4GB (Raid5).

I use the same shares as before to serve the data, only samba is active.

Since I serve the data with OMV5, the access to the shares is very slow, if I change from a folder into another, it needs few seconds until I can see anything.

If I use smb://... to access, all seems to work fine, only the access over mounted (fstab) drives is slow

    Greets,

    Christoph

Edit: I found it - clamav was the reason - after switch off clamav, the access to the folders and files was running as expected.

    Hi,

thanks for this video - it makes it realy easy to start ...

I've an actually running Nextcloud-Installation on a different Server (ubuntu), but I want to change all to OMV.

Is there a (easy) way to import my nc-data (especially the database) into this new installation?

    Greetz, Christoph

    Hi,

same error and solution here - but now I've no access to plex server webpage to configure it (neither http nor https). Unfortunally I don't find any log file with errors to this problem.
It seems that the plex server is running with an old or a default setting - I can see it on my tv, and omv said "service running"

    Please help. Thx

    Hallo,

Danke

Ok, at least my nginx is back in service ;)

How did I bring him back:

    - I edided the file /etc/nginx/conf.d/openmediavault-nginx.conf

    - and I changed the line "server_names_hash_bucket_size 32;" to "#server_names_hash_bucket_size 32;"

    - now I started nginx with "service nginx start"
    - then I startet the omv-webgui

    Hope it'll helps someone ...

    Hi,

ok, the config is the old one ... but the nginx-problem still exists ... but now with this message:

    Greetz

Hi also yesterday I got a mail from my system:

    Zitat von freenas-root

The configuration has been changed. You must apply the changes in order for them to take effect.

cold be a relation between this unsaved config and my problem above?
Is there a cli-command to save or to reject theese changes?

I remember that I changed an option for the mysql-server because of a hint in the digikam-handbook and big collections of pictures ...

    Hello,

there is fhem running which is using it's own webservice, but it's using ports 8083 up to 8085 by default, and in my config just using https instead of http.
And there was no trouble before in coexisting this two webservers

I send the logs, which files was changed on nov 6th, and the corespondig terminal-log... I hope, it'll be helpfull
    Greetz

    Hej,

    @ryecoaaron
yes, its called freenas - it has historic reasons. At first I tried out freenas because of it's zfs-support, but at least I prefered OMV because of many reasons (e.g. linux-based, more modules and many more). The domain-name was at the time of the switch to OMV already used on many machines here, and so it's still called freenas ;)

    @votdev

It seems that there is nothing using port80?

And, before the update all was ok. Why it says, all thees packages are not configured yet?

    Greetz

    Hello,

yesterday I tried to upgrade my omv-server (there is also a mysql-server, nextcloud-server and a fhem-server running) by using "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade, but it ends with messages like this:

Has anybody an idea, what I can do to fix it?
(It seems that all services like nfs, samba, mysql are running, but no gui)

    Greets,

    Hallo,

    Code
rsync-087fae1f-5a14-48a7-98a7-ed3a5c883aaf: External storage device </dev/disk/by-id/usb-ST3000DM_001-9YN166_8172738363604206-0:0-part1> not mounted!
