I now did the following; made a bond0 With only eth1, but when I choose Balance-rr I can't choose a nic, only when I choose some of the other. Choosed the second last in the list, saved and apply.

The I try to ping the New ip to the bond, it Works, so logged into webgui With this New ip. Deleted eth0 saved without apply, edited bond0 and put also eth0 into. Saved and apply. And then it comes an error on the console telling that one of the nic is active, and on the webgui it says error.

The I can't log in before I run the ovm-firstaid and set a New ip to eth0

Should both of the Ethernet cable be Connected when I do this??

Do you mean that I should make a bond With only one of the nic??

Tried that, but when I should choose a nic for primary it is empty. I choose Balance-rr for mode.

And after I save and apply, I try to ping the static adr but only got a few answer, and can't login either via webgui.

Another problem is that it looks like the dns is not working on the omv. I can ping 8.8.8.8, but not if I use www.Audi.de. Have tried to put 8.8.8.8 in "search domains" but didn't help

Have 2 nic and try to get the bonding working With no Luck. Could somebody tell me step-by-step how to get this working??

Have tried With 1 nic Connected and with 2 nic Connected, but no Luck.

Yes now it Works, and I run the code from WastIJ to find the best server for me, and then webgui don't work anymore. And many commando doesn't work either.

Checked With cat/etc/Debian_Version and it now says 8.2, so then I just has to reinstall :-((

No have tried several times, not working.

Have ping 8.8.8.8 and got answer, also try ping www.Audi.de and got answer.

Could it be that my Sources.list file is wrong??

cat /etc/debian_version says 7.9

When I try that I got 2 finished, and after that the following error;

E: Can not find the pack(my translation from norwegian) netselect-apt

Have edit the file, but change it like Yours but didn't help. I Guess the server didn't working well in Norway

Could you explain more about the app you talk about, and how I shall use it??

Try to run omv-update, but it give me a lots of error With unable to Connect to..............

Read on the forum that I could make a new file/text on http://debgen.simplylinux.ch but didn't help. Maybee I choose the wrong edition, have tried both stable and testing, but the same result.

Is there a way of making that file correct so I can run updates again??

Yes have set Notifications on error on disk and filesystem. Looks like me that it is mail which is the problem, and that could be that we have change isp, and haven't change the mail server on omv??

Can I use the cp /dev/null filename on every file under /var/log ?? Or is there some file which I don't must Clear/empty??

Yes are many large files under /var/log, can I just delete them, or what do I do??

Yes have the /var/log Directory, but nothing files or directory under there With *.gz

The first commando, it says no such file or Directory

When running du, it gives the following;

My system disk is full, and wounder how I can find which files I can delete?? Is there any software like the ccleaner for the Windows I can run to remove all tmp, log and file after Upgrades and bad shutdowns??

Hello!

My OMV 1.x Version is corrupt so I want to install a newer OMV from iso file. What is the correct way of doing that without missing data from raid disk?? Is it as follow;
1. Unplug all the raid disk With data on
2. Install OMV 2.1 from iso file
3. Shutdown and plug in raid disk
4. Restart OMV, and the raid will get recongnized

Is my thinging wrong, or??

Hello!

Have trouble login to OMV, the webGUI only shows a blank page, the SSH and Telnet is not working. Is there another way of login?? All have been working, until I Upgrade to 2.0

Hello!

After I have Upgrade to Version 2.0 With omv-release-upgrade, I can't login using webgui. I only got a blank page and a logo in the lower right corner. The logon Box is missing. I can ping ther server, and also Connect With ssh.

Have tried several web browsers,
also run
service apache2 stop
update-rc.d -f apache2 remove
service nginx restart

but it doesn't help. None of the threads I have found is helping either. Any other solution??
