Yes, I can access the NAS via \\IP_of_NAS - but that still only shows the Video folder :-/
Thanks for your reply. Do you have any idea why I cannot see it from my Windows 10 machine? I'm not sure what else I could check or do. I added a new shared folder, gave it a name, set the device and folder, changed the access to anyone read/write and that's it. I even rebooted, but that didn't help either.
Hi all,
I started using OMV a week ago and find it quite nice. I created a video share to access from my Pi / Fire TV stick and it works great.
Now I wanted to create more shares. I added a group share on /share/ (actually '/Gruppenlaufwerk/', German), set the access rights to "everyone read/write". The table now says that it's not referenced and this is not changable. In a different thread, I read that this could be due to no-one accessing the share, but it's not visible so I can't access it. I also tried direct access via \\nas\RootFolder and \\nas\Gruppenlaufwerk but it didn't work. Restarting the NAS didn't solve it either.
Does anyone have an idea where this "not referenced" comes from?
