How to see runnings VM's under CLI?

Hello,

I'm using the latest Virtualbox plugin and also run one VM (Synology DSM v6.1 as Xpenology). I want to create a script that when the server shuts down the VM is also shut down before. With the command line (via ssh)

VBoxManage list vms or

VBoxManage list runningvms

under root nothing is shown.
Now my question how can I find out the exact name of the running VM via CLI that I can use a script for shutting it down.

Ok, I found a solution here in the forum. With

su - vbox
vboxmanage list vms

I can see my VM.
