random: crng init done
Use these words, add 'raspberry pi', then do a web search with that. You'll realize that most probably your Pi is underpowered (common symptom with devices that chose crappy Micro USB for DC-IN). Since it seems you connected a display you would then see a yellow lighting bolt in one corner of the display.
If you burned the OS image with Etcher on Linux you should be aware that you need most recent version 1.2.1 released just a few days ago since Etcher on Linux was broken until then. So if you used Etcher on Linux maybe it's just the SD card that contains a corrupted image.
Hi,
I did google for the issue and found same result but I'm using 5v - 2.1amp power supply for raspberry pi and using Etcher-Portable-1.2.1-x64.exe in windows to write the image and still getting the same error.

Yes or no?
There's only one Raspberry displayed so why are you talking about using a RPi 2 (4 CPU cores)?
What you're trying will not work. The recent image is only for RPi 2 and above but you use an RPi B or B+. That's why the kernel panics and displays the reason too (BCM2385 instead of BCM2836/BCM2837)
Sorry for the trouble , that explains it. I thought I had Rpi2 not 1, I will try it on a RPi 3 later
If you then run into troubles again think about what's written above.
Please also forget about amperage ratings. A RPi 3 is not able to consume more than 1.5A and so you will either run in undercurrent but more probably in undervoltage troubles.
I really hate those RPi 'engineers' for their stupid decision to remain with this crappy Micro USB powering since they're responsible for this problem spreading even more and more: https://www.cnx-software.com/2…wdfunding/#comment-549660
