[SOLVED] Locale problem

My N40L stores files with some Chinese characters, Window's WinSCP works correctly decoding the Chinese characters before I upgraded from 0.3x to 0.4x. I did a search on the forum and add en_US.utf8 to the system but WinSCP still doesn't work well, here is my settings

root@HP-Server:~# locale -a

POSIX
en_HK.utf8
en_US.utf8

and

ownCloud is syncing files correctly, would that be the problem of WinSCP setting instead of OMV's? Your input would be appreciated.

I found the solution for this, the OMV is working fine encoding filenames, problem lies in WinSCP's environment settings.

If you are using UTFf-8 in OMV, please set "UTF-8 encoding for filenames" to "ON" and SSH would be fine.
