I'm playing with OMV 5 few weeks ago and I have a question for the network experts because I'm not very familiar with advanced networking
My configuration is :
2 servers :
- one on OMV with the IP adress A.A.A.A
- another one on Windows with B.B.B.B
I want to backup with rclone my Windows server on the OMV box
I use rclone to copy files (25 T and over 80 million files) and it's work, but
To optimze the rclone copy I put a straight RJ45 cable between RJ45 card from OMV to Windows
I gave 192.168.1.1 adress on the OMV side and 192.168.1.2 on windows in dedicaded network cards
So now I don't no how to "force" rclone to use my straight cable, how can I route the 873 TCP Port from A.A.A.A to 192.168.1.1 and back ?
I try to put some PREROUTING , POST ROUTING in iptables with no success, and now it's time for me to find some help

I use rclone because rsync crashed with "out of memory error " while the incremental list is build
