It is so weird.... Did you edit any files in /etc/nginx ??? Everything is looking pretty normal.

Well i have tried to install joomla. that went fine but i couln't upload any files so i addjusted /etc/nginx/nginx.conf
I have added a line:
server {
client_max_body_size 20M;
}i removed these lines and nginx is starting and the webgui is online on port 80
weird...

Use the nginx plugin to add any other sites you want. That was the problem.
Do not mess with the nginx.conf file.
