Where does the downloader plugin store tmp files?

Hello,

I'm using the downloader plugin to download a fresh navigation map for my car. This file is 7 GB large and the download is very slow. The plugin says its downloading the file, there is no percentage displayed.

I've added my home folder as download destination but there appears no file, not even a temporary one. Whats wrong?

Solved. I had a special char in the filename. The plugin should warn when using special chars.

Percentage downloaded would be nice.
