HELP¡¡¡¡ error: invalid arch independent ELF magic.(Solv)

I have a configuration OMV on a flash drive 8GB with 4 disks (500GB +500GB, 500GB +500GB, 500GB, 500GB) forming a raid 1 of 500GB and 1500GB of raid5 on a HP Proliant with 4GB Microserver.
When I returned from vacation the system worked but had to console a write error in a sector of drive "sde" (I think the stick).
I could not login as root by putty. Yes I could enter through the web interface OMV. I decided to upgrade through the web gui and failed.
I decided to restart and the system says:

I have all my life data in the system, I need help.

The thumbdrive Kingston 8GB traveImate is half-died after 3 weeks of work.
I make a new instalation in another Nano 4GB thumdrive that go to dead. SSD´s have 64 GB o more to lost and they have 60 € cost.
My raid´s are live. Ufffff.
I´m wait a new release of OMV without logs, etc... writes to OS thumdrive (To memory should be possible?)
