I can't acess the folders and paths in Windows

Hi, I just set up a file server with the OMV. I registered the users, permissions, folders and paths, but when i try to acess in a Windows client, putting a user which has permission, it denies. I revised the permissions and paths and it's all right. It works when I put in guest mode. Please help.
