No BorgBackup UI on fresh install of OMV5 stable

I've just installed OMV5, OMV-extras, and the borgbackup plugin. Everything seems to have installed correctly, but the web interface does not show up when I click the icon.

I ended up re-installing OMV5 for other reasons and now it's showing up, wonder if my install was goofed up somehow.
