Problem with disk, Banana Pi m1

Hi guys, I have Banana Pi m1 with SATA. I have connected 1TB 2,5" HDD. It worked fine almost 6 months. Since a few days when disk is connected I hear sth like clicking and OMV doesn't see my HDD . Sounds are coming from motherboard, I checked my disk on my computer (HD Tune) and everything worked fine without any noises. I read sth about power supply, but before that I didn't have any problems, maybe SATA is broken? I think about adapter SATA to USB 2.0 with two plugs. Do you have any ideas where the problem is?
