Transmission path issue

Anyone know why the GUI keeps setting my path in Transmission to something like this? With the extra slashes on the end.

It's not an issue, you can add as many / as you like at the end of a path. Just try it out

I'm not really sure what the issue is. You need to provide basic info like versions. Does it not set the path to the downloadfolder correctly so it won't download or are you just annoyed by the slashes? Where does it add those slashes?
