yes i am up and running, thank you for your help.
i didn't know about that absolute path, that was my first stumbling block, not sure why the permissions didnt work though, i never thought about making another shared folder.
that worked, wonder what was wrong
the recursive option.?
ok much closer now thank you for the help.
i have now made it to error code 13..lol
i think i am missing something, i have set the permissions, but i still get that same error code: 2
i think i am just missing a small detail.
i am running into the same issue, i am not sure what permission setting i am missing so that i can save it to another folder and not my OS drive.
that calgary repo is starting to drive me nuts, too
Is there any way to get it to work with dual nic's after install.?
i can see them both, but i cant seem to find any more on how to get the second one to work, when i set it up i only had enough space on my router for 1 more device. but i would like to try to make use of them both if i could.
would just be nice thats all.
hmm seems to have resolved itself, thanks for the help.
i tried what you said, i am starting to think its not me, it could be the server that apt is going to for updates
