Hi all,
I just upgraded OMV from an earlier V5 to 5.3.8-1 using the web-gui and the update utility and once this completed I no longer have access to the web GUI and get the 502 bad gateway error as above.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this please?
Very silly of me:
Solved by changing the ACL permissions of /srv/dev-disk-by-label-Docker/Docker/AppData from root to "DockerUser" and all is now working
Hi all, I'm getting the following error when trying to start / create / or do anything regarding my containers within the Docker GUI:
Any help with this as I'm well out of my depth and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated; cheers.

Hi.
I have exactly the same problem. How can i edit the boot menu?
Thanks
Hi OOmatrixOO.
I had the same problem and Andrews solution solved it for me here.
To get to the boot menu. Press TAB when the OMV install screen shows up and alter the above as stated.
I hope that helps if you're still struggling.
Will do. Thanks for the quick replies
You live and learn!
Cheers for the replies,
I had assumed that was the case. Will be a bit more careful installing in the future know I know it uses the first drive it finds...
The installation got about 20-30% of the way through and up to dev/SDA and dev/SDB. I stopped the installation at that point but I'm assuming it's all gone. I'm also unable to create a shared folder as none of the raid's show up.
Got a back up of most of my pictures from the drive but managed to lose everything else?
Will definitely be more careful and will look into some off site backups too...
Cheers all.
Hi all,
So I've done something silly; my OMV drive failed earlier today and so I reinstalled OMV but didn't realise that you should remove data drives during the install and so it appears I've began installing over my Raid 5 data drives (x4 4TB drives)
I cancelled the install but I'm not sure if the damage has been done:
(The original Raid was the top one but I now have the additional three below it).

I'm unsure how to go about recovering this if recovery of any of the data is even possible. Let alone what my next steps are - any help would be greatly appreciated before I mess it up further
Thanks.
I'm also getting this issue - did you have any luck resolving this?
I'm assuming I've got some issues with my sources.list perhaps?
Cheers.
Perfect,
thanks Wolf - all sorted
Thanks again Wolf.
The contents of that folder are as follows:

Hi,
Thanks for the reply;
My sources.list only contains the following (Should I be adding something in or commenting any of the below out?

Hi all,
Not entirely sure what's gone wrong but I'm unable to update when using the update management tab and get the following error message and was hoping for some help/a nudge in the right direction please:
(I've attached the full message in a text file as it's too large).
Hi all,
Bit of a Linux newbie but have my OMV server up and running and all sorted and currently setting up all of my plugins. Got everything sorted bar OpenVPN.
I've installed the OpenVPN AS plugin, but when I go to apply and enable and apply this plugin; I get the following error message:
I've tried purging the package as well as OpenVPN and Openmediavault-openvpnas but to no avail.
Are any of you lovely people able to help me out here?
Cheers.

Hi everyone,
I've got a strange issue - I'm not sure if this is a bug or whether my system has messed up slightly.
I recently installed OMV and have an SSD that I'm using as my system drive inside my Gen 8 Microserver as well as x1 4Tb HDD for data with more to follow shortly.
https://streamable.com/vedj - this is what it's doing every few seconds on the file system tab.
I'd like to try and re-install OMV on the SSD to see if this resolves the issue. It looks as if I can simply unplug my 4TB HDD and re-install on the SSD and then re-mount the 4TB HDD and retain all of the data on this drive - am I right in assuming this is correct and if not do you have any advice?
Cheers.
