Up and running again from the 2,5" drive
Thanks for the advice. A SSD would be tempting, but I found out that I had a 2,5" SATA disk lying around, so I will try that out first.
BTW: Any suggestions for power-saving settings on that one?
But a harddrive consumes more power. And I would have thought that a USB stick would be more stable, due to the lack of mechanical parts?
OK. So I should try a new install on another USB stick?
Hi
I have succesfully installed OMV. After setting up shares etc. and checking that everything worked OK, I powered dovn the system, moved it to is permanent location and powered up.
Now it won't boot, but hangs at the place where it says "checking quotas"
I don't have much Linux-experience, and I really don't know what to do, except from doing a complete reinstall
System info:
Intel Core 2 duo with 1 Gb RAM
System installed to USB stick
One 2 Gb for data, ext3
