Okay. Found the issue.
If you want to fix it :

Same issue here, with a clean install.
Note that from any guest OS the smb server is unreachable.
The problem seems with the daemon / configuration, since we can clearly see that the daemon is not listening at all :

And worst, the daemon is not started at all (no process running) despite what is stated in the webui.
