Hello,
I just reinstalled OMV on my Odroid HC2 with 4 version.
Control panel doesn't work on Chrome from some reason.
I can log in but after that all I see is openmediavault logo.
I attached screen shot.
I downloaded Firefox to check if it will work and it does.
Any ideas why it isn't in Chrome?
Hello,
I my HDD keeps on going into sleep mode and it takes a bit of time to wake up.
I have it set as 192 no spindown.
Any ideas?
Alles anzeigenFor Windows 10 and OMV shares, try this HOW-TO.
For your TV and really for any DNS service, use a public DNS server like Google. (8.8.8.8) If you set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 at your router, DHCP clients will use these DNS addresses as well. (Using your ISP's DNS server is not a good idea.)
If you have the option to turn DNSmasq on, at your router, I'd turn it on. However, local DNS, so your TV can resolve names to IP's, has spotty support on consumer routers but there are ways around this limitation. For streaming to your TV, you could try the mini DLNA plugin for OMV.
If you can set a Windows WORKGROUP for your TV, I'd try it.

Otherwise, @donh is right, more details would be needed.
Thanks! mini DLNA plugin made it work.

Just my TV does not see it...
Hello all,
I am using omv for couple of weeks.
I do not see my shares in windows 10 network, I can access it using ip address so it is fine I guess.
But I used to stream video files straight to my TV from my old nas drive, now my TV does not see omv...
Any ideas? or ways to fix it?
Thanks.
Hello all,
I just got ODROID HC2 with OpenMediaVault. Is there any way to control LED's?
They are really annoying....
