so i started this because i wondered why my HDD seems to constantly be accessed.
So i installed iotop and looked for the reason, and it shows, that mariadb is constantly writing and reading data, but i don't know why.
I thought of just moving the config files to my ssd and call it a day, but i found, that the oc_filecache from Nextcloud got pretty huge (13gb, but i just have a few files in my nextcloud) and i had a massive amount of mariadb logs (roughly 22gb). Is there any way to either shrink the files, or simply stop mariadb from r/w all the time, so the HDD can spin down? I am not quite sure if this is caused by mariadb or nextcloud which is accessing the databases.
Maybe someone here has a clue, i'd really appreciate some help.
Thx in advance!
