Somewhat regrettably Storage > RAID Management is empty!
Time to start all over again.
Thanks for all of your help, much appreciated.
Have a nice day (being a Brit, I had to throw that one in).

What should I do now?

I'm not completely sure but, I think that I have a missing RAID1 array!
I really appreciate the time and effort that you've put into this - is it now time for me to "pull the plug"?
As mentioned previously, if only I hadn't dislodged the plug everything would be fine & dandy.

It reads: /dev/disk/by-label/raid1 | ext4 | Missing
-
It is missing.

My array comprises of 4 x 1.82 TiB external HDDs; /dev/sda, /dev/sdc, /dev/sdd, /dev/sde (which is where the problem lies). My internal drive is /dev/sdb @ 149.01 GiB, which is were OMV is installed.
My setup comprises of:
Backups - of which I have offline copies.
Documents - no offline copies.
Movies - of which I have offline copies.
Music - no offline copies.
Software - no offline copies. This is the one that I'm gutted about!! -
Hi flmaxey
I'm getting in far too deep!
I honestly feel the only way out is to reset UI to defaults and start all over again.
I really appreciate your time and effort but I'm struggling with all of this. -
The filesystem is EXT4.
Crystal Disk says that it's healthy.
The PC didn't recognise that a drive was attached. -
knoppix wont allow me to mount the drive.
I get an error message:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sde1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
It then suggests:
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so
Now I'm a bit lost! -
It is there but its status is; Missing.
It won't let me mount it. -
Yes, all drives are listed.
-
Basically, I moved the stand on which the drive was located. This resulted in the power cable accidentally being disconnected temporarily. I'm sure the said drive is working as it should. Do you think I should test it with a live distro?

Hi flmaxey
Thanks for your response.
I followed your instructions but the problem still persists! -
Hello.
One of my external drives became dislodged.
When I reconnected it, everything seemed to work okay but, when I go into: Storage > File System, It tells me that one of my devices is missing: /dev/disk/by-label/raid1 Status: Missing.
I'm now at a loss as to how I can resolve this issue.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
If you need more info please let me know.
