I have the same error message "This account is currently not available" and cannot access via the login (I don't have credentials).
I have installed completely fresh from current image to new SD card.
It reports its own IP address as 192.168.1.106 and I can see that my router reports a raspberry pi wired on 192.168.1.106 but I cannot reach it when typing that IP address into my browser.
Any ideas?
