Clear your browser cache.
I only put this plugin in the repo because a few people said it worked for them. It seems to have problems with a lot of people though. It won't be ported to OMV 5.x either.
Ok, with clean cache the error is gone.

Hi,
I've build a brand new system with this specs:
openmediavault version 4.1.17-1 (Arrakis)
CPU Intel Pentium Silver J5005
Kernel 4.19.0-0.bpo.1-amd
8GB RAMI've installed openvpn as a plugin.
In the servive section add the gateway-interface and public address. Enable the plugin and after apply I got this error:

Also, after deinstalling the plugin, it does not delete completely. In service section is still openvpn available, but with deinstalled plugin I get the error:
