Hi Guys, I like to get some of my HDD removed from my NAS.
Question is now how can I clean the data from the HDD without having something back.
Like to sale them finally, but will be sure that nobody can get access to my private data.
What tool can I use? IS there any possibility to do a Military grade around the data?best regards

Hi Guys, so far nobody has answered. Anyway I need to understand what steps I have to go.
In the below guide I can see different scenario's; as I like to go from 5.xx to 6.0 I think I have to follow the Major Version Upgrade.@baldman, have you updated your server in the meantime?
What I'm afraid for how do I find the right path to do the upgrade. I don't have the structure /haiwen
How can I find the right path?

For sure I use 8870 as port no doubt about it.
-
Seafile is saying that when running ngnix setup port 443 needs to be open. But I use port 443 for the NAS, maye I do have a conflict here?

Yes Sir I can reach seafile by https on 8870 on my local IP from the NAS
-
Yes I forward the port 8870 to the IP address from the NAS but still no success.
-
No luck so far

I have 8870 and tried to open that port into my NAS as TCP or do I need to open for UDP as well?
-
So it means I do need to open for port which I call my Seafile server with? I just tried that port but it doesn't work. I guess it should be TCP.

Hi Guys, one final question when I like to Enter Seafile from abroad what can I do then? I have somewhere read that I should open for port 443, but when trying from my handi nothing happen. What to do to get it running?

I used Chrome and then I tried it in Firefox, that brought me on the right way.

Finally I managed to get nginx running. It really works and I'm happy that I could get it running.
Many thanks to @Zoki and @baldman without you guys I could never get it running. After I used another Browser Firefox I could see that something wen't wrong with the ssl certificate. I deleted the old one and made a new. I assigned that into nginx and now I'm done. It works and I can move my data away from Google.
So the old man reached the goal -- never give up :-).
Wish you all a nice week end.

I still not yet found any solution for it, but the strange thing is even I only like to activate the plugin without any server it shows me error when I try to apply. I'm really thankful for any hint. Is there any log where I can see what problem I might have?
From command line as root:
wget omv-extras.org/openmediavault-omvextrasorg_latest_all.deb
dpkg -i openmediavault-omvextrasorg_latest_all.deb
apt-get updatethen
I did this:
apt-get purge openmediavault-nginxand
apt-get install openmediavault-nginxStill I do have the same error!
