So I had a failed disk.
I offlined it, and then did zpool replace vault 3650711494974687722 /dev/disk/by-id/ata-WDC_WD80EFAX-68KNBN0_VAHEU2VL

Now its reslivering automatically. but man is it slow:
    root@openmediavault:/dev/disk/by-id# zpool status
    pool: vault
    state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices is currently being resilvered. The pool will
continue to function, possibly in a degraded state.

Is this right or did I mess up somewhere?

Portainer has a whole dedicated team, and github support.
So yeah I think it would just naturally get better and more support, as well it has tons more devs.

But maybe in OMV5 they can use/include it as default instead?

Why not just apt-get install docker-ce (so that its the latest version) and then then the docker-gui should install fine.
OR otherwise apt-get install openmediavault-docker-gui try that.

In other news updated my docker-gui to 4.1.5 and all good again.

    So got this email today:

Is there something I need to do still?
Its recovered and clean running on both drives according to the GUI.

Dunno what happened, but I had some docker updates, ran them and well docker is gone.
    Got this error:

I ran apt-get install docker-ce as it didnt work on UI.
docker-ce is already the newest version (5:19.03.0~3-0~debian-stretch).

Yet I still cannot install docker-gui and well kinda sucks managing dockers without the gui.
Dockers still seem to be up and running.

Any way I can get GUI back, or is there something OMV-Extras needs to update?

So tried to remove the disk and it says:

So I did googling, but all I could see was failed disks.

In my case, I have RAID mirror (mdadm) with EXT4 formatted that is healthy and both drives still up and running fine.
I have 2x 1tb SSD's but they are not like for like, one is an older model, and I stumbled across another 1tb that is like for like.

So I want to swap out the unmatching SSD in this raid mirror.

IS it as easy as shutdown, pull out old SSD, turn on, and click recover and include the new SSD?
I dont need to remove the old one first or anything from OMV?

So I want to try out Plex Live TV. I got a DVB-S2 from Hauppauge thinking it would be supported.
    But not 100% sure.

    Anyway I plugged it in:
    Jul 17 15:03:43 openmediavault liblogging-stdlog: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="8.24.0" x-pid="4637" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com"] rsyslogd was HUPed

I'm not sure how to pass this through to Plex container.

    Can anyone help?
I dont see ttyusb or anything?!

Thanks man. I put BTRFS on hold for a little bit.
Will run ZFS for now, and check back later for BTRFS once we know more what OMV will do in the future.
