  • Access OMV file system from outside the network

    I have set up OMV5(v5.5.3-1 Usul) on Debian Buster10 running on Pine Rock64 4GBRAM SBC. All looks good and have also connected a disk partitioned into appropriate file systems which various users can connect to over the local network. However, I have been pulling my hair out ;( with how to access the file system from outside my network i.e from anywhere on the internet either using an IP address or a subdomain name assigned to the IP.

    Any guidance on this will be highly appreciated. I tried following instruction from this video....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1B-V9oOO-g, but nothing happens. Either I am not doing something right OR maybe not doing something at all.

  • OpenVPN Setup

    Hi All,
    Need assistance for setting up Openvpn-As via Docker.
    I have OMV_4_Rock64 intalled on eMMC of Rock64 SBC.


    I followed every bit of this video from TechnoDad How to OpenVPN-as on Openmediavault) to install openvpn-as via Docker
    Installation went OK with no errors, however am stuck at the point :/ when trying to use openvpn-as via the web for the first time (https://myip:943/admin)


    Any help to resolve this will be highly appreciated, as am quite a noob.
