Hi Guys,

I installed OMV 6 and created a Shared folder. I am able to view the Drive and its folder structure.

I installed Transmission from Docker and its able to download the files to the Shared drive too.

I am using the separate user for the Transmission and the files are getting created using the same user.

I am logging to the shared drive using the same user id.

But i am unable to view the files created by Transmission.

I also tried to create a file from the client which is also not visible from Pi4 and the files created by Pi4 is not visible in the client.

Any idea as what i am doing wrong here.

yup that did the trick.. once I updated the library am able to access it.. thanks for pointing me in right direction.

Hi Guys,

I have installed Portainer in my OMV running in Pi4 4gb.

I can see the CouchPotato running fine but I am not able to access the couchpotato with the port 5050.

I am able to access my portainer , bittorrent using the same ip with their respective port but not able to access Couchpotato alone.

Can you guys let me know what is that i am doing wrong.

Hi Guys,

Yesterday i was able to successfully install MariaDB and Lychee as a separate containers as per technodad videos.

I have a large collection of photos around 5 GB. When i click on Import from Server, very few photos (around 8-10 photos) is getting imported and the screen is showing as syncing.

Is there a faster method to do the syncing?

Is there any command so that i can fire it in the background of Pi.

In that method, i was not able to get Docker under Services. So i thought i will try omv4.

Hi Guys,

I had Raspbian buster lite and was able to install OMV5 beta following techno dad video.

But i wanted to try the stable OMV 4 version instead of beta.

So, i downloaded the OMV_4_Raspberry_Pi_2_3_3Plus_4.img.xz and flashed it as it is via Etcher to my sdcard.

I just connected the power source and Ethernet cable (same setup as OMV5) but i am getting only Redlight.

I left it for more than 1 hour but still nothing. Is there any way to find out if something is going on or any other procedure to install OMV 4 in Pi3B.

Thanks bro. I installed portrainer and started transmission.. but when i installed piehole in another container, my OMV ip is getting replaced as pihole for some reason.
Do i need to create a separate thread?

Hi,

I have installed OMV and installed docker via OMV-extras.

I can see the docker is installed and running.

But i am not able to find the docker-gui in OMV-Extras.

I still downloaded .deb file and uploaded but it is throwing error.

Can you guys point out as what i am doing wrong.
