Are the drives repurposed? i.e. reused because what you are experiencing suggests that, if they are did you wipe them first in Storage -> Disks

the driver is repurpose, but as worked 1 year in raid 5.
The system work now, i wipe the 4 hdd drives in secure mode and solved.
