I just attempted the install about 3 hours ago and I did it again just now because I could not figure out what the issue was. I made an account on this forum just to say that I am having this exact same issue too.
I downloaded the latest Raspbian Lite image from the Raspbian website and also verified the SHA-256 hash to make sure it was valid.
